In the year 1992, Paolo Drago came in contact with Karting for the first time. His company " Drago Engineering " at this time received some orders to produce frames for karting. Later on, when he started to produce aluminium rims, his reputation in karting grow on. 

High quality products were produced successfully for a number of established kart-manufactors over several years.

Over the years Paolo Drago became more and more involved with karting and at least decided to develope his own chassis. 

This Idea became real in July 2002 and with "Kosmos" he found a name for his new brand very quickly. To be near to his customers, Kosmoskart found a location only 2 km away from the famos Kart-Track Lonato in Italy.

The Kosmos-Chassis where soon homologated and after the first tests they showed up as very fast and of high quality.


The succesful introduction of Kosmoskart to public took place in January 2003 at the international Karting-Fair Offenbach (Germany).
